Ebb Waterfront Dining & Cellar is situated in a breathtaking water's-edge location, right on the Maroochydore River on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. This venue first opened its doors in September 2005 and continues to build a reputation for exquisite dining, events and weddings. Ebb Waterfront Dining boasts a seasonal menu with a distinctly innovative edge. As an entree you could try the Tasmanian salmon dumpling in fennel consomme topped with salmon pearls, and for main course, perhaps the house aged beef with tomato dauphinoise and sauce lyonnaise. Be sure to save room for dessert, as the velvety chocolate fondant is too delicious an opportunity to miss.

Ebb Waterfront Dining & Cellar is operated by manager Andrew Flynn along with executive chef Matthew Baldock. The cuisine is seasonal and boasts an innovative menu with an edge to it, that has seen this venue build up an enviable reputation. Simple, delicately flavoured fresh produce is showcased on the menu here.

Start with the lamb shoulder rilette paired with smoked tomato aioli and pickled garlic, and move onto mains like the lip-smacking Mooloolaba cuttlefish risotto with peas and preserved lemon; both dishes prove absolutely harmonious in flavour and taste!

Finish the evening off in heavenly style with the chocolate fondant served with chocolate pearl ice-cream and hazelnut praline - an absolutely decadent end to a blissful dining journey!
