Ebb Waterfront Dining and Cellar IS situated in a breathtaking premier waters-edge location, right on Maroochydore River on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. This venue first opened its doors in September 2005 and continues to build a reputation for exquisite dining, events and weddings.

THE MENU AT EBB
Ebb Waterfront Dining & Cellar is operated by Manager Andrew Flynn along with Executive Chef Matthew Baldock. The cuisine is seasonal and boasts an innovative menu, with an edge to it, that has seen this venue build up an enviable reputation. Simple, delicately flavoured fresh produce is showcased on the menu here.

Start with the 'cherax park redclaw crayfish, with ruby grapefruit cucumber, drizzled in kenilworth yoghurt and basil seed'; move onto mains like the absolutely lip-smacking 'petuna ocean trout, with spring vegetable mélange saffron consommé and a hint of dill' or the 'grimaud duck breast, with lyonaisse potato buttered cos, infused in a candied cumqua poivre sauce'; both dishes proving absolutely harmonious in flavour and taste!

Finish the evening off in heavenly style with the 'chocolate hazelnut fondant on rich vanilla pearl ice cream and lathered in hazelnut nougat' or the 'espresso marshmallow on cumquat chocolate gelati with orange jelly and baileys', an absolutely decadent end to a blissful dining journey!
