This intimate restaurant feels instantly inviting and once seated in the elegant yet comfortable dining room, with its black French provincial style chairs and spotless white tablecloths, or out on the terrace gazing out over the Sunshine Coast hinterland, you’ll find it hard to leave. Most alluring of all are Cameron Matthews’ seasonal European inspired dishes, which blend classic technique and the finest local produce with exquisite results. The likes of Hervey Bay scallop with ink cracker, cucumber, yoghurt and avocado may be enjoyed a la carte, or as part of a tasting menu or chef’s table experience.
