De Vietnamien Overview
De Vietnamien in Coorparoo introduces a new dimension of Vietnamese dining to Brisbane. The décor is a sophisticated mix of crisp white linen, warm lighting, sheer drapes, red booth seats and a gently curving bar, while the food showcases the fortunate culinary legacy left in Vietnam by the French. That French-Vietnamese fusion expresses itself in a concise menu of fresh, attractively plated dishes. Among the selection might be ‘Transparente De-Canard’ spring rolls filed with marinated duck slices, enoki mushrooms, julienned vegetables and a special sauce; or Atlantic salmon steak on ginger and sweet potato mash, sweet potato crisps and a dill and soy sauce.
