Season Restaurant takes guests on a culinary journey through the rich and diverse Gold Coast hinterland and Northern Rivers produce belt. A seasonally inspired and evolving menu is offered for breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast is an elegant and relaxed hot and cold buffet with fresh fruits, cereals and all your hot breakfast favourites.
Dinner is a stylish affair where you can choose between cocktails and tapas at the bar, a romantic dinner for two or a jovial catch-up with friends.

Season invites you to attend an event not to be missed. We're pitting winemakers against each other and asking you to vote. A selection of wines will be matched to three delicious courses. Which varieties and winemaking methods will win you over? You be the judge. Compered by wine critic Nick Stock of Gourmet Traveller Wine, two of Australia's renowned winemakers - Petaluma and St Hallet wineries will battle it out to be the favourite of the evening. Tickets are $135 per person.
