History: I started my career seventeen years ago at Adelaide's Mona Lisa's Restaurant. I also had diverse experiences in Queensland and South Australia, with a role as Executive Chef at Auge Ristorante winning Australia’s Restaurant and Catering Best Italian Restaurant Award in 2009. I'm now the Executive Chef at The Lane Vineyard.

Nestled in the Adelaide Hills, The Lane Vineyard sits elevated, boasting views out over the vines to the rolling hills beyond. Care and attention is obvious in every detail, and the seasonal menu is no exception. Sophisticated entrees like confit ocean trout, pickled white anchovy, egg, capers and salsa verde excite the tastebuds ahead of such mains as seared duck breast with pickled cherries, foie gras and preserved truffles, but be sure to leave room for The Lane vineyard's fantastic desserts. Simply superb!
