This Gold Coast institution has been serving locals and visitors alike for more than 25 years; soak up the sun alfresco at Capri on Via Roma, or dine indoors where the pizza oven takes centre stage, amid tiled counters, black and white table settings and potted greenery. Delve into share plates like Fremantle pickled octopus garlic and lemon, or Italian meatballs, Napoli sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano. Sip a glass of wine and ponder main choices like char-grilled spatchcock, shaved cabbage, pancetta, peas and jus, or delve into lasagne with locally-caught spanner crab, San Marzano tomato and abalone sauce. Excellent food and service
We had lunch for 2 recently and both the pizza Calzone and the Calabrese pasta were excellent. These were enjoyed with a particularly fine rose at a great single-glass price. Great service from wait staff. Highly recommend Manolas Brothers Deli.
Great quality quthentic Italian food
We had the pleasure of spending our family Fathers Day lunch in a large group and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Casual Italian with good service
The gluten-free pizzas are wonderful. We had artichoke hearts, anchovies & figs with Gorgonzola for entree - all were delicious. We will be back.
Great atmosphere & food & team

One of our most favourite restaurants on the Gold Coast
This unique space is most welcoming and comfortable place to dine. The staff are always so accommodating and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. You have the casual eating with the pizza menu plus the fine dining menu which is fabulous. It has a great wine and cocktail list as well. So you can either drop in as lots of the locals do and have an early dinner with just a pizza and glass of wine or go the whole fine dining and fun evening. Highly recommend

THE best pizza I've ever had!
I'm blown away, this is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. It was just so fresh. They have a fabulous wine selection. I highly recommend the Italian red - Contesa, it was sensational. My partner is gluten free and the pizzas and pastas all have gluten free options. She ordered the Seafood Linguine and I couldn't tell it was gluten free pasta at all. The wait staff are all lovely too! We've found our new favourite restaurant for date night!

This is the best place for pizza and pasta on the Gold Coast. The wood fired pizza at Manolas Bros is the perfect plate to share, and I can't go past the gnocchi!
The best pizza on the Gold Coast
This is hands down the best pizza on the Gold Coast. I'm working my way through the menu, but so far my favourite is the Fernando - it has prosciutto, stracciatella, and a little chilli hit! If you love a wood fired pizza, then this is your kind of place.
