1/2 cup ground coffee
3 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cardamom pod
Ice
1/2 cup whipped cream
To make coffee base:
In a jar, put the ground coffee, maple syrup, cardamom and cinnamon. Pour boiling water on top, stir, then keep the jar in the fridge.
To make the magic coffee:
Fill half a coffee cup with ice. Add three-quarters of the glass with the coffee base, then top with whipped cream, using the back of a spoon to create a Mont Blanc-style dollop.
Drizzle with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and an extra dash of maple syrup.
