Tony Bilson has often been called the godfather of modern Australian cuisine and is credited with changing Australia's food culture. On Saturday 13 September, together with our chef Daniel James, Tony has created a 6 course menu which will be matched with some of the region's best wines from Tertini. A dinner only option is available for $180 per person or stay for the weekend from $949* per couple for 2 nights including breakfast, 6 course dinner and late check out.
