Who are our Chefs?

Behind every plate at La Pizzaiola is a chef with flour on their hands, passion in their heart, and a deep love for honest Italian cooking. Led by well known Chef & Trainer - Stephen Simon who joins our resident maestro Linton Smith, both curators of flavour and the creative soul of our kitchen — brings decades of experience, tradition, and a whole lot of personality to every service.

With up-and-coming Chef Blake Jackson who trained under Chef Stephen, he is embracing the history and flavours that make La Pizzaiola one of Toowoomba's most loved restaurants.
