Chef Daniel Jarrett is the force behind this award-winning restaurant, whose elegant pavilion design is perfect for soaking up the beautiful natural surrounds. Composed of a la carte, degustation and banquet selections, the ever-changing menu highlights the traditional Thai flavours of sweet, sour and spicy with style, skill and innovation. Expect dishes like fragrant red curry of Barramundi with ginger and lemongrass dumplings, Mooloolaba prawns, snake beans, pineapple and Thai basil. You will also find Massaman of slow cooked duck leg with roasted shallots, pickled ginger, peanuts and crispy fried shallots.
