Nestled alongside Paper Moon Coffee Shop, this 100% vegan food truck provides the perfect partnership as Brisbanites grab their coffee inside and food outside. This secret brunch spot and pop-up caterer boasts bold flavours from Mod Oz to Italian and French, just choose from the menu in the café and wander out to the food truck to order. Tuck into breaky tempters like a bilbo plate – hash browns, veggie patty, grilled mushrooms, avocado, pumpkin hummus, dukkah, rye sourdough and housemade aioli. Salad lovers will salivate over rice noodles, crunchy vegetables, sesame seeds, spicy coconut dressing and salt and pepper tofu, or perhaps grab a Lionel cheezburger with sweet potato and black bean patty.
