For something truly memorable, go for one of the set menus, like what is experienced in Summer Sunset – with dishes of sashimi salad drizzled with ponzu dressing, twice cooked Parmesan scallops, broiled lobster tail and Darling Downs grain fed Wagyu AA5+, cooked to your liking. Finish with a divine dessert of crepe Suzette teppanyaki style, flambéed with Grand Marnier and served with French vanilla gelato.

Our lounge adds a perfect setting for before and after dinner drinks, and its private balcony overlooking Darling Harbour is a great space for a cocktail party or corporate event before moving to Wharf Teppanyaki for dinner.
