About Trapezi
A little slice of Santorini awaits at Trapezi Greek restaurant on Station Street in Fairfield. A 3D wall of the island, custom waterfall and bar ensure the ambience at this newly renovated restaurant is authentically Mediterranean, to match a traditional, tried and true menu. A black and white mural of Poseidon graces one wall, while whitewashed wood and splashes of greenery make for the ideal vibe to enjoy a cocktail created by the God of Alcohol, Dionysus; alongside starters like lightly-fried whitebait, served with a lemon wedge. For the main affair, think plates like char-grilled lamb ribs, oven-baked lemonato potatoes, tzatziki and pita bread; or share a meat platter – lamb gyro, chicken skewers, housemade rissoles, char-grilled pork belly, chicken wings, lamb ribs and spicy sausage.
