About Tibuc Gardens Cafe
Diners escaping the city hustle may enjoy the rustic simplicity of Tibuc Gardens Café on Tibuc Road in Coonabarabran. Nestled at the base of Warrumbungle National Park, this café has a large bushland garden inviting families and guests to a linger-worthy lunch outside under a market umbrella, or indoors on blond wood tables and chairs. The pleasant backdrop complements housemade hearty fare such as corn fritters with poached eggs, salsa, avocado and bacon, or eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and asparagus. This destination worthy diner also boasts a range of gourmet pies to munch on, like the mushroom and red wine, or spinach and feta, while the classic chicken schnitzel gets a new twist with the addition of a pear, walnut and feta salad. Be sure to save room for a daily baked sweet treat.

Perfect for brunch! Love the themed dinners!
I live 50 minutes away from Tibuc Gardens but it’s so worth the drive! I particularly love the themed dinners they host... Greek and Italian being my favourites so far and can’t wait to try out more! Always amazing food and great atmosphere. We’ve had lovely group meals where we’ve had our team of volunteers meet and celebrate our achievements with a relaxing and delicious meal. Brunch is a favourite too with their home baked breads ??
