The Shaggy Cow
I practically live there! This is by far the best Cafe/ coffee shop around. Service is always great and welcoming. I've never had a meal there I haven't enjoyed and I'm a fairly fussy eater! Not into seafood, yet any I've had here I've enjoyed! Morning coffee and scones or muffins are the best! The staff treat you like family. Thanks so much for coming to Mittagong where we have a lot of good coffee shops, great restaurants but Shaggy is my favourite!
Faultless food and service!
Busy venue but didn't miss a beat. Promptly found us a table out of the cold, quick to take our order all the while pleasant under pressure. Field mushrooms with haloumi & guacamole on sourdough was a taste sensation as were the Eggs Benny; the only minor cristisicm being a slice of toast to mop up the gooey egg. Highly recommended.
One of the best in the Highlands. We're very lucky to have this restaurant/ coffee shop right in our Main Street. Great selection of courses for lunch or if you are just popping in for a coffee. Staff very attentive and friendly and know you 'by name' if you are a regular.
