This intimate venue is a delightful restaurant for either a small group or a romantic dinner. The portions are not large but the meals served were mouth-watering. I enjoyed an evening with 2 friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance. I had the terrine for entree which was an excellent choice and pork cheeks for main that simply melted in the mouth. The wine list is very good - we had a bottle of marsanne/voignier. The bottle was advertised in the correct year. It was slightly too chilled but to the credit of the staff, they were aware of that and suggested no ice bucket which soon brought it to the right temperature. The staff were both friendly and professional. Attentive but not obtrusive and they were patient with my mate who can be quite demanding at times. Overall, a very positive dining experience
