Fermenting Workshop
Attended one of Kelly's fermenting workshops in February. She shared her knowledge on the advantages of consuming fermented food and the processes of making kraut, coconut kefir yoghurt, cashew cheese and more. Since then, I've turned my hand to applying these new skills, even putting down my first batch of kombucha. Thanks Kelly and team.
