Ross Lusted is celebrated as one of the most original Chefs in Australia, with a menu strongly focused on the idea of cooking over and with charcoal. Moving from strength to strength, he opened The Bridge Room with wife Sunny Lusted in conjunction with the Fink Group, 8 years ago. The Bridge Room has just announced that it will hold it's last service, come Saturday, April 27.
