Indulge in the ultimate paddock-to-plate experience at the Tasting Room at The Loch on Greenhills Road in Berrima. Every Sunday, Chef and owner Brigid Kennedy throws open the doors of the elegant Tasting Room so guests can take advantage of seasonal produce harvested directly from their farm, or sourced from local and sustainable meat, dairy and vegetable producers. Take a seat at stunning dark wood furniture settings and admire landscape artwork adorning the walls of the converted barn dining room, or in warmer months dine on the verandah overlooking the garden underneath the chandelier. With a fortnightly evolving menu, expect tempting plates like crumbed pork belly, truffle mayo and apple date chutney; or pan-fried barramundi, lemon thyme saffron cups and sautéed Desirée potatoes.
