About Spice Bar
Contemporary Asian fusion fine dining is what has discerning Mooloolaba foodies returning time and again to Spice Bar on Mooloolaba Esplanade. Catch sea views as you unwind with an ice-cold glass of wine and watch Chefs in action in the open kitchen, while a red colour palette along with cane baskets on the ceiling bring an Oriental vibe to the ambience, ideal for romantic rendezvous or family catchups. Choose from five, seven and nine-course dining options, all available with wine matchings; perhaps delve into aburi scallops, tobiko, ginger soy and bonito flakes to start, or Tiger prawns with garlic, white wine, chilli, herbs and lime. Those with heartier appetites opt for tantalising slow-cooked beef cheek massaman, smoked coconut cream, burnt chilli caramel, peanut and coriander.

Spice Bar was recommended to me....and really lived up to my expectations. I found the plates beautifully created, with top quality ingredients, unique use of different ingredients- just divine. A lovely evening with great food, friendly/ professional staff- a cool but relaxing vibe.

The most consistent restaurant i have been too. Ive been a regular for about 3 years now and the food is cooked to perfection every time. Not only that it gets better and better every menu change and surprise us each and every new dish. The service is what every restaurant strives for warm, friendly and their attention to detail is second to none. Will keep coming back for years to come. Love it!!!
