This restaurant of land and sea delivers an unforgettable dining experience, putting their heart and soul into every plate, served in surrounds of whitewashed brick walls, geometric pendent lights and white-clothed tables. On balmy days, take a seat alfresco at large wine barrels while perusing a menu of the best seasonal ingredients available, as seen in entrees of yellow fin tuna sashimi, pickled ginger and nori. From the char-grill come choices such as lamb short loin with hand-cut duck fat chips, caramelised onion tartlet, grilled mushroom, red wine jus and garlic butter; while those with a love for seafood may opt for whole roasted snapper and a petit salad.
