About Sash Restaurant

Serving fusion dishes bordering on technicolour food art, Sash Restaurant on Chapel Street in Windsor is pulling in a crowd. An ideal blend of restaurant and bar, this funky night spot is all sleek, dark spaces with neon signs and downlights, creating a moody, jazzy vibe, from a vibrant wall mural to bench tables overlooking the tap room. Game Changer!!
The Urban List was right! This place is a game changer, I have never been so full or feel like I've gotten so much value for money from a Japanese restaurant, I always leave feeling hungry after spending $200 dollars at Nobu etc. I thought the flavours were amazing some cool combinations that I've never seen anywhere else like the Ahi Tropical Tuna Pizza which is a Japanese-Hawaiian inspired Pizza basically a poke bowl combined with a Pizza on a black base... very cool... The Tuna Tacos were amazing, spicy and crunchy and the soft tuna and avocado just melt in your mouth, you can tell the Chef has gone to great lengths to get really high-quality fish, you just don't see that these days! Other hot items were the Prawn Sliders and Sashimi Blue Cheese Pizza! Our Server Bel was a doll and made the whole night fun and high energy. The Cocktails were great I read one of the guys from Go Go bar under Chin Chin designed the menu in Urban List, and they didn't disappoint. The interior has a cool vibe and funky music, the girls were dancing in their chairs and we all had a great time!
