A combination of food and fashion is what visitors find inside Sartoria, previously a dressmaking business through the 70s until the 90s, now a café and coffee house on Plenty Road, Preston after continuing in the hands of a second generation. Inside feels fresh and bright, with crisp white subway tiles lining the front counter and splashes of orange adding a warm touch to a contemporary space. Menu focus is given to sourcing high quality local produce, from free range eggs to boutique artisan products such as 5 & Dime bagels, Mt Zero Olives and Chai Boy chai.
