This new piglet in the Perth dining pen is a specialist open-fire restaurant, with a rustic vibe of worn brick walls adorned by the silhouette of a black pig, softly glowing pendent lights, stools pulled up to the bar and views of Chefs hard at work in the kitchen. Kick start a culinary journey through fire with corn ribs, chaat masala and charred lemon, or fire kissed hand caught cuttlefish, Thai-style bean shoot salad and nuoc cham; before delving into larger plates of tender Mottainai lamb, smoked date sauce and macadamia dukkah. Apple pie and vanilla Bourbon ice cream makes for an indulgent finish; while those who can't choose may opt for a Chef's selection of dishes.
