we went to fellini after a recommendation from the Sheraton concierge and also reading some reviews on here. this place was amazing I would have to say in the top 10 Italian restaurants in Australia. we started with some tasting plates and entrees which the waiter suggested, they where the marinated sardines, zucchini flowers, calamari and vitello tonnato then for main I had the twice cooked duck my husband had the rolled veal and the rest of our friends had snapper the seafood pasta and lamb rack all of us where totally satisfied with our dinner just what you would expect from a hatted Italian restaurant. for dessert we shared the crepes pannacota and the chocolate lava oh my god I was in dessert heaven. the service from our waiter was impeccable friendly and attentive if you go ask the waiter for some recommendations even though I think they automatically do this. this place really gave us that wow factor with the food service view and ambiance, and for all this you would expect to pay a lot but the prices were similar to most café dinning around the goldy. cant wait to come back on our xmas break.


I have to start with wow , the extensive menu has so much to offer I just want to keep going back my husband and I ate for entrée the garfish which was so delicate and the snapper and salmon carpaccio which was to die for. main course we had the linguette with seafood again cooked al dente and the seafood was fresh and delicate (not your typical Italian marinara with the frozen mixed seafood stewed for ages and topped with a dried parmesan eeeek so many get this wrong) and the lamb rack, baby rack of lamb cooked to perfection (pink) . for dessert we shared the pannacota again perfect. add the perfect bottle of pinot grigio, and finish off with 2 espresso's yum the service was faultless very Italian as most the waiters are Italian and (my husband will hate me for this) cute hahaha. Im an interior decorator and the décor is amazing the chairs are in fact Phillip Stark Louis Ghost originals which would have set them back $500-$600 per chair. the bathrooms done with marble the bartop with 24 carrot gold tiles. the price well you wouldn't expect café prices in here but happy to come back and do it all over again.

This could quite possibly be the best restaurant on the Gold Coast. The service is outstanding, the food is excellent.



This is the perfect place to go for a special occasion. The food and service is always amazing.
