Located at the front of the Commodore Motor Inn, diners can gaze street side through large glass windows, while sipping an aromatic coffee in relaxing surrounds and peruse an evolving seasonal menu putting a new spin on café classics. Early risers may opt for tempters such as Florentine eggs with smoked salmon, sautéed baby spinach, sourdough toast and hollandaise sauce, or perhaps croque monsieur with free range shaved ham, béchamel sauce and gruyere, served with pear salad and pickles.
