A new favourite for me.
Caught up with a dear friend here for my first dining experience here. The trip from Clyde North was well worth the effort. From the minute I walked through the door, I felt welcome & so comfortable. It was like visiting an old favourite restaurant. The ambience was beautiful & the wait staff were pleasant, polite & happy. We started with the entree' of gnocchi which just melted in our mouth! Little pillows of yumminess. Next we had the calamari & without a word of a lie, it was absolutely perfect. I was hesitant to go for the hat trick, but was convinced to have scones, jam & cream...OMG! Absolutely delicious! You can't beat awesome scones with a great home made jam & a dollop of heavenly cream. I just can't find fault with "Otree". We had a lovely chat with the head chef Leigh, lovely man that has his head screwed on properly & knows his stuff. All I can say is, if you want a great meal that is prepared with love, you MUST dine here. I'll definitely be back.

I have eaten here several times now and not been disappointed once. I love the atmosphere, the chairs are comfortable and I especially like not sitting on top of the adjoining tables so a great place to catch up with a friend or two for a chat. I have particularly enjoyed the breakfasts, hanging around long enough to continue on with a coffee and scones before leaving. The scones are light and fluffy and the homemade jam makes a basic Devonshire tea a real treat.

Otree experience
I have eaten at the Otree restaurant 4 times now over the last 6 months and have been extremely impressed every time with the excellent food and service. The light filled surroundings with so much space around every table and the magnificent views over looking the Dandenongs makes for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend. Christine Fellows

Experienced a wonderful celebration dinner at O'tree on Sunday last. Excellent menu selection accompanied by top service and pleasant surrounds. Our guests were full of praise. We will be back!
