Brilliant
I've been eating at Spirit of Tibet for close to 15 years now. From my first experience on Venning St Mooloolaba up until tonight I have not been let down once. Jampa your food, attitude and service is admirable. By far the best food on the coast still to this day.

Everything about this place gets better and better. The food is fabulous. Just ask Jampa to choose for you. All wonderfully tasty and you usually walk away with a doggy bag, the helpings are so large and inexpensive too. Our favourite restaurant by far. We go at least once a week. Love it.

Great food. Pleasant staff. Still being developed but big plans for summer. Very kid friendly and great hours for early feed.

This is our favourite restaurant on the Sunshine Coast!, Delicious, quality food every time. It has now re-opened in a lovely setting.

You know, we have been enjoying Jampa's delicious food and friendly service for about 10 years now; it is that good and that unique. Jampa's food has been consistently exciting for as long as we've been dining with him and we think that this new location in Forest Glen suits his relaxed ambience beautifully. I can never go past his Momos, the Chicken Shashi, those Spicy Prawns or the succulent Rashhi Shoku and as a dedicated lover of chilli, any vindaloo is superb, the hotter the better for me. And then there's that very splendid special savoury chilli sauce on the side. My family isn't as enthralled by the chilli heat as I am so they have mild dishes; Jampa offers mild, medium and hot. Goodness, I'm salivating just thinking about it! Your mouth wants to keep the experience going, even when your stomach says stop. Also on offer are a good variety of kids meals for the wee ones who aren't ready for the scrumptiousness of Jampa's Tibetan food as yet. To make the experience just that bit better, and of course when he's not flat chat whipping up gastronomical delights, Jampa comes out from the kitchen to say hello and ask how you are. His staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well. All of these wonderful things jump in together to make Jampa's Spirit of Tibet my favourite restaurant on the Sunshine Coast - and I've just made myself hungry!
