A seasonally changing menu, highlighting Italy’s different regions, serves up entrees like fried calamari, school prawns and garlic aioli; before pasta temptations of pumpkin gnocchi, blue cheese sauce, pesto and amaretti biscuit. Pizza lovers can pick up a slice of Diavola – tomato, mozzarella, hot salami and olives - or Margherita, with bocconcini, basil and oregano; don’t go past eclairs with orange custard and chocolate sauce for a divine dolci.

Seriously delicious food; blue cheese pizza crust thin & very crispy cheese, walnuts taste dances on yr tongue. Char grilled King fish cooked to perfection on rich seafood bisque, cauliflower baked in rich tomato sauce with topping of crunchy nut & cheese. Coffee excellent accompaniment to the crispy cannaloni biscuit with rich mascarponi cheese filling. Thank you to chief & service staff


We enjoyed a meal last week, no expectations of what might be dished up but everyone was extremely happy with the whole experience.


what a Night!My wife and I couldn't believe it.we went to try their food as many people reccomend it us. we were blown away by the outstanding service from both the barman and the getlemen in charge of the restaurant. their knoledge of wine and food left us with not doubt in what to order.the italian chef and owner did an excellent with our "primi" and "secondi" both cooked to perfection ( I had the Baby Snapper my wife the Rabbit).we couldn't resist dessert wich also was delitefull. no wonder it was the busiest sestaurant on the strip.If this restaurant was in sydney or melbourne it would easlily be a tough competition for the big names out there.


this is a rare gem of a restaurant that my partner and I came across while checking out the marina at coffs on our holiday up north.the woodfired pizza and bread oven that the kitcen was built around is an attractive centrepiece.the menu was rather pricey but for those who are willing to pay a little more for a top quality fresh meal its perfect.coffs harbour has a lot of great fresh seafood and the fiasco team utilise it well.I enjoyed the frito misto seafood plate with fresh scallops,prawns,mussels and snapper.and I couldntkeep my partner away from the well stocked gelato a former chef myself I am always critical of any restaurant but the team at caffe fiasco definetly dont take shortcuts.
