All the pleasures of Spanish cuisine can be experienced at Capitan Torres. For more than thirty years, it has offered a seafood studded menu with traditional tapas, Spanish omelette and paella. Some of the dishes that have made Capitan Torres such a long time favourite is the Combinadao De Mariscos, a wonderful mixed seafood dish with fish, mussels and squid, 'gambas al ajillo' garlic prawns and 'chorizo a la plancha' grilled sausage. To complement this is a wide selection of local and Spanish wines. There are two separate private dining areas on the second level that are ideal for gatherings of all kinds. The most authentic cuisine this side of Madrid can now be found in the heart of Sydney.
