Some of the dishes that have made Capitan Torres such a long time favourite is the Combinadao De Mariscos, a wonderful mixed seafood dish with fish, mussels and squid, 'gambas al ajillo' garlic prawns and 'chorizo a la plancha' grilled sausage.
