Had dinner on Mothers day, 5 people,had the beef banquet, they forgot to give us the hot water for the wrappers, gave us a meal meant for the next table, forgot to cook the last dish, (they gave it to us as take-away because they refused to reduce the bill. I wont be back, & I wont recommend it to anyone. However, they have been there for 25 years so they must please some one. NOT ME though.
Bad service when owner is not around. Beware of the Vietnamese guy with thick glasses which handles the karaoke - he said to us 'whatever' how gay is that?!!! He forgot to put the order thru, letting us wait 45 mins then charging us afterwards ! And they said we have to wait for another 40 mins! Food was good but They don't speak proper English and they don't understand the orders too that's why they give wrong orders 2 customers...
