This burger joint, which recently put down roots in the area after being a fixture at the Canterbury Foodies and Farmers market, has locals salivating over a menu of barbeque fare served no nonsense style in modest surrounds. Try the buttermilk chicken burger with a fried chicken thigh fillet, lettuce, tomato, herb aioli and cheese on a milk bun, or sink your teeth into a kilo of brisket with BBQ dipping sauce to share with a table of friends.
