I want to love this as I've been really missing true patisserie goods but I don't. No real French style baguettes! I feel like all the pastry is overcooked and slightly bitter-tasting. The cronuts were disgusting - full of oil and not flaky. This one fails in execution, to my mind.
Alley Cats is a remarkabley outstanding quality cafe/ bistro / patisserie that is unequaled in Darwin. On top of the best coffee in Darwin, and the best patisseries, tastiest sandwiches/ bread, all made on the premisss, you also have genuine friendly service with a smile. This is rare in Darwin! Alley Cats is a obligatory visit when you are in Darwin. Enjoy!
