6 muddled blueberries
40 mL tequila
15 mL lavender and agave syrup
30 mL beet juice
Garnish: black sesame seeds, blueberries and violet flowers.
Shake all ingredients and strain over new crushed ice in golden cup.
Garnish first with black sesame seed, then some blueberries and at the end violet flowers and a golden straw.
