Banana and Egg Pancakes



Ingredients

1 medium banana
1 egg
Dash of oil

Method

Mash banana in a bowl.

Whisk eggs and add to banana paste.

Fry in a pan with heated oil and serve.

Extras:

For a little more, add any of the following ingredients and up your quantities of banana and egg as you add more dry ingredients:

1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate work well)
1 Tbs oats
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 Tbs coconut, shredded or desiccated
1 Tbs peanut butter
1 Tbs Chia seeds
1 Tbs LSA

Toppings:

Mixed berries and honey make for an amazing combination, otherwise try a naturally flavoured pot-set yoghurt and smooth it over the top.
