The historic Seppelt winery, located in Great Western is famous for its labyrinth of underground tunnels, called “The Drives”, where traditionally the sparkling wines have been bottle-aged over 130 years. Tours of the underground cellars are available Mon to Sat 11am and 2pm; Sundays Victorian School Holidays and Public Holidays. Charge applies.
