Wine down with a glass from a carefully curated list of Italian and Australian varietals, while delving into antipasti plates such as saffron arancini, with four cheese and mayo; or marinated white anchovies, fried shallots, pistachio, pink peppercorn and lemon oil. Pasta lovers will salivate over housemade pappardelle with slow-cooked beef ragu and horseradish; or tortelli mozzarella, smoked eggplant puree, confit cherry tomato, pine nuts and basil, paired with a glass of Amato Vino Chenin Blanc.

Italian Food-The Real Deal Holyfield
Authentic Italian food, what you would find if you were travelling through Italy. Great to share and good atmosphere. Couple Italian fratellos in the kitchen and on the floor which makes sense why the food is so damn good. Will go back for sure.
Simply amazing!
We had an amazing dinner here! Everything we had was delicious, especially the amatriciana pasta. To top off the meal we shared tiramisu that was out of this world. A perfect evening, we highly recommend to everyone.

Great selection of Italian and Australian wine. The Rigatoni is amazing, as are the smaller sharing dishes. These boys also know their cocktails, and the green tiled bar is stylish and a fun hangout.
Great food and even better atmosphere. These young locals have done an amazing job with the restaurant and they clearly have a passion for it! The service was a standout with knowledge on what to do and what to avoid. We found a dinner at de vino more use

We stumbled across Di Vino on our trip to Byron and we were absolutely floored by how amazing the food was - everything was perfection - the warm home made focaccia, the Arancini, the White Anchovies were a great suggestion from our server, and the Rigatoni Amatriciana is one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten! Not to mention, an amazing wine list! Bravo! We can’t wait to come back.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a very warm welcome by the staff. The vibe is relaxed yet sophisticated- the perfect combination and sometimes difficult to find in Byron. The food menu has been carefully crafted to offer authentic Italian cuisine. (The cute Italian chef in the kitchen adds quite the touch) An all round amazing experience, attentive service but not over bearing. Fantastic wine list and cocktails. Do yourself a favour and try out this great new spot. PS- try the focaccia made by said cute chef!

One of the best dining experiences in Byron Bay. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff always happy to offer suggestions on the stunning menu of authentic Italian dishes made from fresh, local produce and the extensive wine list. High end dining in a relaxed atmosphere without any of the expected pretension. Nowhere better to spend a night off in Byron.

If you want authentic Italian cuisine you absolutely MUST go to Di Vino!!! The food is exquisite and full of flavour! And what great service. The restaurant has an amazing ambience and made me feel like I was in Italy. Compliments to the chef!!! The best food I’ve ever had.
