Middle meets East with breakfasts of poached eggs, Panko eggplant, miso tonkatsu, shiso garlic labneh, soy sage schichimi butter, toasted seeds, fried leek and dried cranberries on sourdough; while the lunch crowd tucks into burgers like karaage chicken, pickled cucumber, miso honey mustard sauce and lotus root chips. Team a whisky high ball with evening plates of salmon tartare, avocado, tomato salsa and dill ponzu pulp; or torched mackerel, daikon oroshi, shiso and lemon.
