Meaning ‘local’ in Cherokee, Navi on Gamon Street in Yarraville is a nod to Chef and owner Julian Hills’ American heritage. From foraging for ingredients to the handmade ceramics and the final dish, each element is imagined and brought to life through the creative process and expertise of the Chef. Expect a tasting menu using ingredients sourced from small producers and local farms as Julian presents and explains the story behind each dish.

With a direct supply chain that the Head Chef regularly visits each week, this place is small in scale but big with ideas and execution. Beautiful cuisine with details that you can not only see on the plate, but also see being delicately constructed by the Chef(s). Gone is the traditional wall of chefs out the back, and service is something that everyone at Navi does. Had a great time at this place... and its almost in our back yard. Amazing
