A little piece of Italian flavour awaits diners at The Tuscan Fox on Scott Street in Branxholm. Nestled in the heart of Tasmania’s mountain bike territory, this wood fired pizza restaurant beckons to locals and visitors alike, after spending the day cycling through serene landscapes. Take a seat at tables bedecked with red and white checked linen and soak up a cosy ambience by the open fireplace during chilly months, while on balmier days dine alfresco and take in the scenery. All bases are housemade, so pick up a slice of chorizo white pizza with mozzarella, chilli flakes, capsicum, fresh tomatoes, oregano and basil; or tuck into gourmet pulled pork hoisin, topped with a swirl of dill mayonnaise. For a sweet finish, say buon appetito to cassata ice cream and a Nutella and raspberry pizza.

Possibly the best pizza on the planet, but that's not all! Run by the loveliest people you could hope to meet, and with beautiful laid back decor the atmosphere is friendly homely and relaxed. And they put on special events now and then for locals and visitors to come and mingle together. All up the Tuscan Fox is a really unique experience that I can't recommend enough!
Gourmet food, great company and excellent value
Tuscan Fox does the tastiest Pizzas perfect for a post mtb recovery meal. They also freshly make their own pasta and can cook other cuisines as well! Loving their special cosmopolitan nights - so deliciously different and brings the local community together. This restaurant is one of a kind , a jewel in the heart of north east Tasmania!

I’ve had the tastiest and scrumptious flavours here at the Tuscan Fox?????I couldn’t choose so I had pizza, ribs and wings and the Nutella and berries pizza ?? These two foxy ladies are fabulously talented and they welcome you warmly into the restaurant. Yaaaaaaaeeeeeeeeee

Has a wide variety of choices that are really unique ! The sauces they top their pizzas with are unreal! Second time we have been here when we go biking in Derby and we will definitely be back !
