Henry Kendall Cottage

Dating back to 1838, Henry Kendall Cottage and Historical Museum takes you back in time to discover life in the past lane. Once home to the famous pioneer poet Henry Kendall, this peaceful cottage is now preserved as a furnished tourist museum. Visitors can observe the wide variety of past memorabilia and local history as they make their way through the poet's home, still containing some of Kendall's personal possessions. Outside Henry Kendall Cottage, two and a half acres of quiet, leafy land is yours to explore, with barbecue and picnic facilities available.
