Freshly sourced ingredients are celebrated on a broad menu by Nonna inspired Chef, Nataly Sanchez Bruce, known from restaurant, Table 426. To start off, perhaps opt for the popular grilled haloumi with semi roasted tomatoes and asparagus, topped with a balsamic reduction, before exploring mains like the twice cooked pork belly served with roasted root vegetables, asparagus and prawn gyoza or perhaps the beef ravioli with chorizo.
