Homed in a rustic, heritage listed building, Wild Harvest radiates a warm and welcoming ambiance with a majestic fireplace crackling away to one side and an expansive outlook giving a panorama over the waters of Bass Strait. With all produce sourced directly from the island’s suppliers as well as foraged, guests can expect the freshest ingredients available, displayed in a menu inspired by the seasons. Perhaps find entrees such as sugar cured wallaby fillet Carpaccio with pickled tri-corner bulbs, white cos and bay leaf oil and sumptuous main dishes like roasted duck leg with cauliflower puree, roast capsicum and King Island gremolata.
