I called in yesterday 26 July about 3pm for a take away coffee. There was a few tables taken but not a busy time. A young waitress stopped her chat with a table of customers and took my order. She then immediately went back to her social chatting with the customers. The barista was busy making coffee and when she had made the coffee for the table, she then delivered it. The chatty waitress kept chatting. The barista then made more coffee for a table and again delivered it. I could not understand why the barista was using her time to deliver the coffee, instead of quickly making the next order, when there was a waitress ?? I waited what I thought was too long for my take away coffee. I will not go back as there is other coffee shops who deal with take away orders quickly.
