Hollydene Estate's premium, award winning wines are produced from low yielding, very high-quality fruit originating from three of the oldest and most iconic vineyards in the Upper Hunter. With the best environmental practices applied by the Estate’s highly experienced viticulturists in producing grapes picked at optimum quality and flavour the wines are traditionally produced and then carefully cellared in Hollydene’s world-class wine storage facilities. Hollydene Estate Cellar Door offers a modern setting complete with historic wooden beams from Bowman’s bridge that once crossed the nearby Hunter River. Wine tastings are given at the grape-embossed bar and visitors can also recline on comfortable couches to enjoy spectacular views of the vineyard & rugged hills of Wollemi National Park.
