A culinary journey with a distinctly French theme, treat yourself and loved ones to a dining experience at Les Bistronomes located on the corner of Mort and Elouera Street in Braddon. Inside, this warm venue is classically furnished for a timeless style, with rustic exposed bricks and a cast iron wine rack filled with international bottles extending to the ceiling and plush, high backed chairs emanating a rich, welcoming ambiance suited to smart casual dining. A delight to the senses, each dish is artfully fashioned with colour and flavours radiating from the plate and friendly staff remain close by to recommend a wine to match. Opt to begin with cured kingfish, leeks, lemon dressing and ruby red grapefruit, before a shared main such as Black Angus Chateaubriand with béarnaise sauce.
