Went wednesday night walked in a got two seats at the bar. Ordered the feed me menu which was four dishes, the snapper with citrus dressing was wow nice clean flavour and delicious. That was followed by some beef skewers and slow cooked lamb both very tender the lamb just falling apart when serving. Dessert was a perfect finish to the meal. Service was very attentive explaining every dish as it was presented which was great considering the restaurant was full. Would certainly reccommend.

It's nothing like what you would typically eat in Peru, but who cares. It's was brilliant! The restaurant is located at the end of ACDC lane with an interesting approach of intimacy and local street art. The front section of the restaurant would be the nicest spot with the large windows opening out on to the laneway end. It's a great view; the contrast between the sophistication of the restaurant and the bold colour of urban street graffiti. Picking up on intimacy, the restaurant almost looks like it is situated in some kind of secluded enclave due to the short ceiling, which brings the environment together. Allot of nice, and different areas in the restaurant. We were situated right at the back under the intimate glow of a single hand blown light globe. The menu takes some studying since there is something interesting about literally everything. The waiters were very helpful and highly skilled making great suggestions. When the food came out it was just amazing, with every dish being really artistic, well balanced with a interesting twist. It wasn't molecular gastronomy gone silly - the food was solid which good portion sizes that are all really designed to share between two people. Without going into specifics about the different dishes, we were in a group of 6 and ate about 10 dishes including deserts. We enjoyed so many different dishes with great wine and I finished it off with a pisco - the one thing I did identify with Peru. You know when you eat good food when after you eat, everything sits so well in the stomach. The only thing I could criticize is that the waiters were not from Peru. But again, like I said - who cares, it was brilliant!
