Schubert Estate

The Schubert Estate vineyards are truly beautiful in autumn and their Shiraz wines are just fantastic drinking in winter! The Schuberts don't have a cellar door, thats what makes their wine so exclusive. They sell their wine via Mail Order and once you are on the list then there is an opportunity to maybe visit! That's worhwhile cause the wines are seriously, seriously good. Mostly all the wines are Shiraz but every drop is just fantastic. All the wines have a "Goose" name like the Gander and my favourite The Lone Goose. Oh and there's a great white wine called a Viognier also seriously good!
