Excellent

Had lunch with friends today. It was extremely busy, with a large table of 20 or more celebrating a birthday. But the service and food were both great . The ambience was pleasant if not a little noisy mainly due to the large crowd. Value for money very good .I would definitely recommend this establishment for any function or intimate lunch or dinner.

The Boathouse Restaurant Overview

Nestled among lush landscaped green gardens, The Boathouse Restaurant brings you an intimate yet casual dining experience for any occasion. For those that are interested in looking for a function venue, The Boathouse’s magnificent jetty and boardwalk make for a unique setting – ideal for weddings, engagements and other special occasions. When looking to catch up with friends over a meal why not begin with baked scallops with herb butter, romesco and citrus crumb, followed by pan friend lemon polenta gnocchi with butternut pumpkin, spinach, pine nut butter and crisp basil. If looking to deviate, opt for Gippsland sticky beef ribs with turtle beans, sweetcorn and a fiery cabbage slaw, making sure to save room for decadent desserts like a butterscotch brulee with white chocolate and cinnamon.
