Bedi's Restaurant
About Bedi's Restaurant
A few words from Bedi's Restaurant
An iconic dining destination since the 1980s, Bedi's Restaurant on Park Street brings a slice of authentic North Indian cuisine to South Melbourne foodies. Boasting an unmistakable cricket theme from the trophies, photographs and neon signage to a mural of the MCG, be prepared to be bowled over by the mouth-watering aromas wafting from the kitchen. Take a seat in the slips where white-clothed tables and statement pendent globes set the scene for hitting a six with boundary-breaking dishes like tandoori chicken drumsticks, marinated in spices and yoghurt, to start your innings. Prawn masala may appeal to curry lovers, cooked with onion, tomatoes and capsicum; or perhaps bhuna gosht – tender pieces of lamb pot-roasted with ginger and tomatoes – is at the top of your batting order.
Chicken Tikka Masala: boneless tandoori chicken tikka pieces, cooked in tomato, onion and butter.

Always wanted to try this place. We were not disappointed at all. The food was generous and the service excellent. Just be careful if you need to go to the loo!
